After the initial file setup, we will reach out to all parties to the transaction with introduction emails containing deadlines, contact information and other important file information.

HOA Requirements

We obtain the governing documents for the HOA and distribute to the appropriate party. We assist in relaying the protocol for the application process, if any.

Coordinate Escrow

Advise Buyer of process to submit the Escrow Deposit. Obtain Escrow Deposit Receipts from the Escrow Agent.

Database Management

Manage and maintain your paperless document management system (AppFiles, Paperless Pipeline, Skyslope, Dotloop to name a few).

Weekly Reporting

Provide you and your staff with a weekly report showing all recent activity for your transaction.

Jeannie's former experience of over 20 years as a leader in the Paralegal field has prepared her for the day-to-day details of coordinating real estate transactions. Growing up in Middle Georgia in a city containing a military base, Jeannie has had the privilege of getting to know people from around the world. She put roots down in Flagler Beach, Florida and absolutely loves the small town feel and wide diverse population the surrounding area affords. Jeannie is an honest, professional business woman, who has owned and operated her own web start-up company. She is hardworking, dedicated and a great listener who answers her phone! Your goals become hers, with customer service as the top priority. She assisted in closing 200 + real estate transactions in 2018. Jeannie enjoys exercise, singing/writing music and making music with her bass playing husband Daniel and their three furry children, Riley, Stevie and Kevin.

Her extensive background in personnel administration, training and development coordination, and many years of paralegal work has cemented her attention to detail which is paramount in any transaction. Karen has expanded her field of knowledge by working with the title/closing side of the transaction for 6 years. She is not only a licensed real estate agent but is also a licensed title insurance agent and closing specialist. She understands the transactional business of real estate from start to finish. Karen has the tenacity to ensure the contract timeline stays on schedule and moves towards a successful closing. She goes above and beyond to meet the needs of each client for the end result to be the client's desired one.

Having been an elementary school teacher for 8 years before beginning work in the exciting real estate field, Allan has the art of multi-tasking and organization down to an art. He uses these skills daily and has a strong understanding of the transactional needs of a real estate deal. Allan knows that every transaction is unique and makes it a priority to give the kind of service that he would like to receive when his is the name on the deal. Allan is an avid traveller and has lived all around the world. He was born in England, grew up in Canada, and has lived in many cities including Sydney, Australia for three years.
